At Nicobar, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and invoices are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
